Departing at 9 am, visit the Luang Namtha museum, then it is onto Ban Nam Dee “Lanten Village” to see and participate in bamboo paper making, nature dyeing (depending on the season), and walk to the Nam Dee waterfall. Lunch will be provided on the way whilst enjoying the great views. After lunch travel visit Luang Namtha Stupa, where you will see an excellent view of Luang Namtha city.
Visit the old Phou Pouk Stupa, as well as Ban Nam Ngean “Tai Dam” and Ban PiengNgam “Tai Deang”. Both are famous for their many different handicrafts. Walk around the villages to see & learn how to process Lao Whisky making, traditional weaving, blacksmithing, bamboo basket making, and finally return to Luang Namtha.
