After an early breakfast start with a tour of Luang Prabang's food market where we investigate the ingredients on offer and explain their uses. At our stunning lakeside location, prepare and cook six different dishes under supervision, then sit down to enjoy them in our open-air pavilions. Recipes are available to take home. (9:00am – 3:00pm)
